I felt like I was being treated as though I was wasting his time. My biggest concern is that I don't trust the accuracy of the exam results. I was planning to order a new pair of lenses, but now I'm not confident that the prescription is correct. The staff also appeared unprofessional and gave the impression that they were more interested in socializing than providing good patient care. I have to find a way to redo the eye exam to make sure the result is accurate before ordering new glasses.
