- ARAf RFeb 20, 20265.0The pharmacist here, Ardalan, gave me a vaccine and he was so quick and efficient at it I didn't even feel the shot! I usually struggle with getting shots but not this time! I will come back here for all the vaccines I need to get!

The only problems I've had here are the same problems you can encounter at any pharmacy. Except at most other pharmacies ive been to those 'same' problems, are way worse Like at CVS in my experience when a medication is out of stock they wont have it for a week or more. Then at Harris Teeter Phaarmacy the pharmarcists will let you know that you should call ahead for certain meds so they can get it in stock beforehand. And when they order it, as long as you call before about noon and it's not the weekend, they'll have it the next day 90% of the time. They are as fast as the computer systems and bureaucratic tape lets them be

Great opportunity for Amazon to get into this market (ahem Pillpack) as most pharmacies, even this one, are so unproductive and not customer centric. There is always a wait to talk to a pharmacist, they never answer their phone if you call them, voicemails left magically disappear, then when picking up a prescription you again are waiting to be helped. Normally there are 3 employees behind the counter, yet they can’t even help customers or potential customers. Save yourself from wasting your time and go to a a pharmacy that actually knows how to run a business.
