- CHChristina Hamilton2 days ago2.0I went in for an injured eye. The nurse practitioner came in. She was very nice. She told me I had a broken blood vessel. Then she told me the doctor will come in to take a look at my eye. He never came in, never bothered to take the time to look at my eye. Very, disappointed in the doctor.

Three days later I went to my doctor with a severe infection. If this had been diagnosed correctly at urgent care the infection would. It have gotten this bad. I’ve always had good care at the clinic but this time not so much.

They immediately took me back and determined I had exceptionally low blood/Oxygen levels and immediately had me transported to the Queenstown ER. Incredible attention to detail and sense of urgency with my issues. EXTREMELY pleased with the staff and attention to my situation, I eventually ended up at the Easton Hospital where my issues have been addressed very professionally and with extreme care. Can’t say enough things about my treatment and consideration. The staff deserves kudos from management. Thank you so very much.
