  Urgent medication for croup called in by the doctor. Took over 45 minutes of waiting, and they gave him a dose of > 100 milliliters. How is a toddler supposed to take that much? Why didn’t you tell the doctor on the phone it was going to be such a large volume and suggest an alternative formulation?

  I placed an online order for pickup today at this location. Worst experience ever with this store. I won't be back and I am transferring my medicine as well as my families from this location. The online order was supposed to be ready between 6 and 7. It was never shipped even as I write this at 7:30. No notification... NOTHING. I called 5 times to find out what was going on. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. So I proceeded to call my pharmacy until today to see if they could get me to the grocery supervisor. Olivia from the pharmacy tells me that she can transfer me to customer service and "hopefully" they will answer. As I explained to her for the second time no one is answering. She said well all I can do is transfer. Unless your feet are broken that is NOT all you can do. My money is literally in there hands until I can reach someone as their care line closes at 7. I will be calling corporate.

  Lately my prescriptions are taking forever to fill. Seems like they are very disorganized and some of the counter folks are not prepared to handle the request. Not well run. I have been going here for years but it seems to be going down hill.
