  i havent physically stepped inside this gym in a year and some change yet it deducts a membership fee out of my account. ive called and asked them to cancel my membership several times. theres never upper management around when i call i can not physically show up so i need to cancel by phone or some other way

  Serious lifting environment inside and out. Always evolving and serious about helping members max their potential. Also, a good value with endless parking.

  This gym is trash. Low standards. They try to enforce rules for one or 2 days then its back to "normal" I understand why they lost so many customers to DMV elite and other gyms. Weights are never re racked and just thrown all over the floor which is a safety hazard. They have custodians they try their hardest to keep up but people just are inconsiderate. Dumbbells are never in the correct spot. Men work out with their shirts off and then dont wipe down equipment. Locker room doors are missing. Only positive is staff and convenience for the area.

  Cancelled the victim’s membership after racial assault I was assaulted on the bathroom hall moments after a member told me “This is America—people do things different here.” The manager when made aware of this,not only didn’t take any action against the assaulter but tried to argue in his defense. I called 911; and will be filing a police report.The same day the gym terminated MY membership, not his. Victims shouldn’t lose access for reporting crime. The manager told me none of the cameras work in an attempt to protect the racist, golds should have the footage. Think twice before you sign a contract here.Golds refuse to release the name of the racist even though they have pictures of all gym goers.Legal action must and will be taken.It sucks because I’ve been a golds member since 2021 I even had four of my friends sign up,but oh well.
