  I'm 50 years old, and have been using over the counter readers for a few years now. I went to get an eye exam and my first ever pair of prescription glasses. Me not knowing what is what, I took their recommendation and they sold me on a pair of progressive trifocals. Which I now know is like starting out on Level 10. When I picked them up, the guy made a big deal about keeping them for several weeks and that it takes time to adjust to using them. (Never mentioned that I only had 30 days to bring them back and exchange them if I decided I just couldn't adjust to the trifocals.) I told them at the point of purchase that I'm an IT guy and that I spend 10 hours a day in front of a computer monitor. There was only a small sport in the middle of the glasses that I could see my monitor. It was like trying to work while looking though a soda straw. So when I took them back I was told I had just missed the deadline to exchange them. and if I wanted to change the lenses to a traditional bifocal it was going to cost me another $350 on top of the $465 I had already spent (after insurance). So I have a $465 paper weight, and I'm sitting wearing the same $20 over the counter readers I bought off Amazon. What I callosal waste of time and money.

  I got my glasses at pearl vision, but after getting them home, I realized they weren’t the ones I ordered. I went back n a young man named Brandon waited on me. He listened, help me reorder my glasses, not once , but twice!!! He’s polite, funny, engaging and kind to his customers He’s knowledgeable, and made an aggravating situation, pleasant. I left felt like I mattered!! It was a pleasure meeting and dealing with Brandon, and he’s the real definition of genuine, custom service. Thanks Brandon so much !! You’re a joy rarely found in the world these days , but desperately needed.

  Quite busy, but we still didn't wait long and all customers were happy and not upset or anything like that. I dont feel as if we were rushed while in with the doctor either.
