  I needed a vaccination and called to make sure I could get it here. I was told it would be no problem and that I didn't need any special documentation. Imagine my surprise when I set aside a day for the shot and was told I needed a doctor's order. No apology. Just a black stare from behind the counter. If they can't manage a phone call, i have no interest in trusting them to administer medication.

  Ok so long story short about 2 years ago I had issues with meds coming up short so my wife and I started counting our meds as soon as we picked them up. We switched pharmacies over to Harris teeter in California MD and about the 4th month in my wife's meds came up 1 short. She called and spoke to the pharmacy employee and she said I'm sorry I'm just a fill in and the machine that counts them sometimes one will bounce out hold on let me check she says. She gets back on the phone and said mam I apologize I have it just come back in and I'll give it to you. So my wife goes up and picks it up it was in a bottle with no laybal which is illegal then she gets home another Harris teeter pharmacy employee calls her very rudely says my wife is a liar. Ok so recap the on the clock employee admitted that the med bounced out and was hung up and she had it so how is my wife lying and really who would even do that. This turned into discrimination on my wife and myself which I had nothing to do with it at all. They were telling us they didn't have our meds when not only did they have them but had filled out prescriptions and we know this because when we attempted to get them filled elsewhere the other pharmacy told us sorry but that's already been filled at Harris teeter in California MD. They just lied to us just out of hate. Unreal then when caught in the lie they were full of apologize but the next month yet another lie so I said I'm done with this pharmacy it's not worth the frustration so I'll leave and my wife agrees to leave as well. We go to another pharmacy and again they had said they didn't have the meds yet but they were actually already filled. We simply then went there and said you need to release us from your system we are going elsewhere because of the continued problems. So we both left and will never use any Harris teeter pharmacy. Very unprofessional and rude.
