- KJKirsten JordanFeb 23, 20261.0Upon having my prescription sent to Giant Pharmacy in California Md. I thought they would welcome a new customer with care and compassion. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. One of the employees made getting a simple prescription a living hell. Would not explain anything to me for the reason she could not fill my prescription. I had to call my old pharmacy and have my prescription transferred. Got my prescription within hours. Never go to this pharmacy. Customer service was a 0.
- BBBenAug 22, 20231.0The pharmacy is terrible they literally laugh at you when they lie to you about your prescriptions and they have stole meds out of my monthly prescription when I caught it and called them out on it they said yes we know we have your missing medicine right here come back up and pick them up so they new they took them and they were hoping I didn't catch on so if you use these terrible people please count your meds
