  Absolutely horrible experience. Nurses only checked in once per hour - as my fever continued to spike. You could hear one lady chastise the other nurses about missing someone’s blood pressure check in and she must remind them every day. I don’t know if they are overworked or just don’t care. As we were being discharged , there was an emergency which I totally understand. However, as the entire experience has been absolutely horrible that was just the icing on the cake. And instead of just apologizing for the delay, she came back in the room “sorry I was saving someone”. No need to be passive aggressive.

  Every time I attempt to come to this hospital, the service is terrible. It’s beyond long weights. You can be an excruciating pain bleeding to death. They will still make you wait. The services is rushed once they finally get to you. Pain and other issues are brushed off the doctors do not care, Floors are dirty and the staff is standing around talking. I will never recommend this location to anybody. I will gladly drive to Virginia to be seen.

  I was referred to this place by my brother for a medical emergency and Ill say, they are really sweet! Dr Krass and Benet were really transparent and professional. One thing I will say, Even though I was scared they reassured me that everything was going to be fine and I appreciated them for that! My first experience was great and I will be back if needed! Hopefully no emergencies soon though!

  Unprofessional behaviors, lack bedside manner. Disrespectful to patient confidentiality. Just a couple of good people working there. I hope the CEO will read this and check the cameras to look at how services are rendered here. I've been here multiple times hoping things would have gotten better. I chose this location because of proximity but I'll go where there are people who really want to render care to the sick. The world is filled with so many negatives and to walk into an institution when you are feeling your worst just adds insult to injury. Ashamed. If you want respect and humility do not enter this location.
