  The people at the Miracle Ear Hearing Aid Center in Bowie, Maryland are wonderful. Kyle, the young man at the front desk is pleasant and upbeat and interested in talking with you. And Sean, the hearing instrument specialist, really, truly cares about fitting you with what is best for your hearing situation, and will take as much time with you as necessary to make sure you are comfortable with the process and understanding everything. They will even give you loaners to try for a few days. What we really, really appreciated, is that they are NOT "pushy" salespeople. If they had been, we would have walked out! J & G Bowie, MD

  I had a very detailed exams done on both of my ears. After the exam the doctor explained that I had a lot of ear wax in both ears and the wax was affecting my hearing in my right ear. He advise me to go get my ear wax cleaned out of my ears. After I am able to get the wax removed from both ears then come back and be retested. The gentleman at the front desk was quite helpful and directed me to how to get to the office and then he directed me as to how to get to where I could get my ears waxed removed. Everyone in the office was very courteous and helpful.

  I had a very good experience today at my first hearing test after many years. Sean, Pam, and Kyle were all very helpful and professional.
