  I had an excellent visit. Although I would have preferred the young lady to not call me exactly at 2pm, the time of my appointment, to see where I was. Since I walked into the store at 2:03pm. The environment is welcoming, well lit, super clean. The staff addresses all who walks through the doors. A vast array of frames to choose from. I got help from a young lady name Rose. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had expected the place to be clean and provide great customer service due to the location and it delivered.

  Had a good customer experience at LensCrafters my salesperson vinette was great she took her time explained everything out to me before I made any choices, vinette is very knowledgeable of her job. Thank you for all that you do your customer service was amazing.

  HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE SALES PERSON AT LENSCRAFTERS AT THE BOWIE TOWN CENTER. VINETTE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HELPING ME PICK OUT MY NEW GLASSES.

  I had such a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in Bowie Town Center. I especially want to shout out Dr. Apple, the amazing optometrist who provided a superior eye exam (and is only there on Wednesdays so plan accordingly!). She was thorough, detailed, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what was happening with my eyes. As someone who has worn glasses for years, I have had many eye exams, but I do not think I have ever felt more comfortable or informed about how my eyes are changing and what I need. I also want to recognize Monchelle Rose, who helped me after my appointment with selecting and purchasing my glasses. She was patient, kind, friendly, joyful, and such a blessing at the end of a very long day. Her energy and care made the experience feel easy and pleasant. Before my appointment, I believe I met with Michelle for my pre-exam, and she was also friendly, thoughtful, and kind. From beginning to end, the entire team provided excellent service. While I was waiting, I also observed how they cared for other patients, and it was clear that this location values professionalism, patience, and genuine customer care. Thank you to the Bowie Town Center LensCrafters team for such a positive and reassuring experience!

  Conclusion of my below review. Jose and I had a great chat this morning and as a manager he took care of everything. I appreciate a manager owning an issue and listening to a customer that just wasn’t pleased. There’s nothing wrong with making mistakes, but owning it and understanding shows great leadership. Thanks Jose for the conversation this morning and taking care of my problem. Naomi and Monchelle have always been absolutely amazing and I’ve decided to give this location another chance. As they give GRACE. I’ll reserve my other 2 stars for my next visit, but I’m very hopeful BEWARE. So I’ve had to bring my glasses back 3 times because the people who do the prescriptions can’t seem to read what the staff is documenting. I called to speak to a manager and while I’m telling the STORE MANAGER Jose the problem, he begins talking to someone. He said a customer was asking him something. So what am I, a store pet, I’m a customer also. So I gave him a stern lecture on customer service & he wouldn’t give me his managers name. I came today May 23 & the store opens at 9:00 am…WRONG AGAIN. The lady standing outside says she waiting for a manager to bring the key to open up. While I’m typing it’s 9:36 am. WOW. I listen to this young lady tell another customer she doesn’t know the ETA of whoever is bringing the keys. Guess what they just opened. So UNPROFESSIONAL so DONT WASTE your time & go elsewhere. Now I’m waiting inside and the employee is fussing to another employee that someone left their heater ON & could’ve burned down the place. I said wow something else for my review. The employee gets mad and says don’t write that & starts telling me I shouldn’t do that. I told her do not tell me what to write & that she shouldn’t have said it in front of a customer. Boy did she get HEATED & told me I gave her a headache. REALLY. You can’t make this stuff up.
