  Favour was incredibly sweet and amazing! She demonstrated exceptional patience as I asked several questions, sometimes repeating the same ones. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help reflected a level of customer service that is often hard to find. She truly made my experience a positive one!

  I went in today because my Ray Ban Meta had stop working. Jose told me I had to do a claim but it was a process he stepped in and helped me out tremendously and I appreciate him so much. Exceptional Customer Service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Dr. Richard Miller is the Best! He very professional and kind! Vinny provides excellent customer service helping me to select frames , fitting etc. All the staff at the Bowie, MD location provide excellent customer service. It’s truly joy to be seen at in a joyful office! Many Thanks for All You Do!

  I received outstanding service from Monchelle at LensCrafters. . She went above and beyond to help resolve my problem. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure my concerns were addressed. What could have been a very frustrating experience turned into a positive one because of the care and attention she provided. She listened to my concerns, took the time to understand the situation, and worked diligently to find a solution. I truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to follow through until the problem was resolved. Employees like her are a tremendous asset to LensCrafters. She represents the company exceptionally well, and I believe her efforts deserve to be recognized and commended.   The eye appointment confirmation is not customer friendly and the tone of the text message and calls are geared to threaten to cancel your appointment without good reason. They call or text often mid day while I am working or unavailable, give short expectation to respond back by 5pm or threaten to know your appointment. I am not clear why you would have such a process in place like this when the very definition of making an appointment is an agreement. If there are stipulations to no show, or grace period for arrival to the appointment otherwise a fee I respect ad understand that but not this unwelcome behavior of constantly threatening to cancel my appointment. Please respect your customers time and commitment for the email appointment scheduled or better communicate the requirements up front. Thank you for consideration.
