From the intake experience to talking with the optometrist, it was absolutely fantastic and I had all of my questions answered. The person, known as Favor, is really what made the experience the most enjoyable. I am not very social, but she turned me into a social butterfly during this visit on our hunt to find my very particular taste in glasses. She was very kind and very patient with me, which is not something I have experienced in a lot of places, and I am grateful to have engaged with the entire team. Also, Favor I want you to know that I didn’t stutter the entire time I was talking to you and that is nearly unheard of but it speaks to the calm that you express when you talk to others thank you.
