  Visited the Gold's in Bowie. Nice, clean facility with equipment that works really well. Great place to work out.

  Visiting the area and Love this gym! The equipment and set up is very good IMO. Legs, back, deadlift, turf workouts are set up for max reps and interval training. Even have an Olympic lift pit. I will come back for sure when I am back in the area.

  Just left the Gold Gym in Bowie MD at 1030 on Wednesday and it was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The manger was VERY rude and condescending in his tone when talking to me. The female employee was also very rude, unhelpful and looked like everything was bother to her. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone who cares about how the employees treat them. Again the staff of this place was extremely rude especially to someone who was trying to enter for the first time. Golds Gym is this how you train your staff to treat people?

  I’ve been a member at Gold’s Gym Bowie Fairwood for almost 3 years, paying $35 every month, and honestly this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff at the front desk were completely unprofessional, rude, and showed a very biased attitude. One employee refused to check me in because I forgot my barcode, saying I had to pay $10 every time I forget it. That makes no sense when they can easily look up my membership using my phone number — something they’ve done before. What made it worse was the inconsistency. While I was standing there trying to cancel my membership because of this situation, the manager allowed two other people to check in using just their phone numbers without saying anything about a barcode. That clearly shows unfair treatment and poor management. After being a loyal member for years, this is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting professionalism or respectful service.

  A Gym is supposed to be a place dedicated to health , yet during the 2020-2022 they forced customers to wear masks, which limits oxygen, and is highly dangerous to people , especially those who are exercising, sweating, getting that sweat on their mask thus clogging the mask too. Surprised people didn't faint every hour. Kept sending me notifications for their "compell" classes too way after i canceled my membership.
