You have staff members in there on the intercom loud speaker several times during my husband’s workout saying “You will be kicked out of the gym if you don’t put weights back.” Very very VERY distasteful for any gym to say. For that reason alone, he is considering canceling his membership here. If your staff members are too lazy to clean the gym floor, fire them and get new ones. Chastising your patrons IS NOT THE WAY TO GO.

- KRKels ReyesSep 24, 20261.0Very few staff members that are polite here. The manager is highly weird and likes to speak to females while they’re working out. It feels very uncomfortable. good equipment and spacious though. Needs a couple of new staff members. or they need to be trained better.
- RBRenata BSep 21, 20261.0Traveling and asked for my membership to be suspended till I return but I was being charge still monthly regardless. Was asked to come in person to cancel while traveling. Like how do I come in person while on a trip ??. Manager told me “ we run a business”. A better customer service would have helped the situation. They don’t care about anyone but their money.

After returning from a year-long overseas deployment, I came in hoping to use a free day pass and work out with my brother, who is the manager. Instead, Mr. Larry attempted to charge me $12.50 after I explained that I am currently stationed outside of Maryland. I even presented my Maryland state ID, but he continued to question my eligibility. He also stated that my government-issued military ID was not a valid form of identification, which was concerning and frustrating. As I was leaving, I went to the front desk to retrieve my ID. The employee appeared visibly intoxicated and questioned why I needed my ID back. That interaction was extremely unprofessional and made an already frustrating experience even worse. I’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service at a gym before. The facility itself was good, but based on this experience, I would have serious concerns about returning or recommending this location.
