- KPKathleen PierreSep 12, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 4 hours to be told that they don’t even have an MRI machine to properly diagnose my issue. I sat listening to a woman HEAVE for 3 hours in the waiting room before they took her back for good. People kept coming back in and out of the waiting room between imaging/triage because they didn’t have enough space to keep them back in the clinic area. This is just a glorified Urgent care and NOT a proper ER. PLEASE go ANYWHERE ELSE.

I was greeted professionally at the front counter and helped within 10-minutes. This facility was clean, organized and the staff, from my awesome Nurses Taylor and Iris to Dr. Joanna Akinlosotu were all kind, professional and thorough. Thank you ladies for easing my anxieties and delivering a 5 star experience, I really appreciate you! 💪🏾🤎👊🏾✌🏾
- LRLaketia RobinsonAug 14, 20261.0I visited um health center for a shoulder injury Thursday morning. The staff was very friendly but the doctor on duty was rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. I will never come again. No one wants to be treated like that when you aren’t feeling well.
