I was running about 10 minutes behind at my exam but I received a courtesy call and they allowed someone else to be seen ahead of me which I appreciated. The Dr. Was very thorough and knowledgeable. I worked with Vinnette (sp?) to get some new reading glasses. They had a great selection but I wasn't really fond of the current styles and Vinnette suggested sunglasses and I actually found the perfect pair thanks to her quick thinking. The glasses frames were cheap enough that my insurance covered it. I definitely recommend this Lens crafters to people in need of an eye exam.

From start to finish, my experience at LensCrafters in Bowie Town Center was excellent! Michelle was very pleasant and professional as she checked me in and completed all the preliminary tests. I also appreciated her taking the time to wipe down all the equipment surfaces before beginning the tests. Dr. Miller saw me immediately afterward and conducted a very thorough eye exam. Dr. Miller was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Ms. Vinny was absolutely awesome in helping me find the perfect eyeglass frames! Her assistance made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend LensCrafters at Bowie Town Center for all your eye care needs. The entire team provided outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism I received from everyone!

My appointment was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. The young woman at the front desk (didn’t catch her name) was very personable and nice to chat with and made me feel welcomed. Zoe did my initial exam and was delightful, knowledgeable, and a sweetheart. We had nice banter and shared some laughs. It didn’t feel like I was getting a medical exam. The doctor was great too. I wasn’t left waiting around or with any unanswered questions. I was here before with my husband for his exam and for his new glasses and that was also a great experience. I definitely recommend this location. It’s not often we get great customer service these days at most places so I actually enjoy coming here.
