The optometrist Dr. Yee was absolutely pleasant, professional and patiently explained every step of the procedure while maintaining a friendly and open demeanor. Following this was being taken care of by Monchelle who patiently and candidly advised on selecting the perfect frame. What a beautiful soul. She deserves more than 5 stars for her kindness and friendliness. It’s always refreshing to be assisted by someone who genuinely shows interest in your needs and takes time to provide exceptional service, no matter how indecisive the customer. Because of the great experience I ended up getting both my wife and myself new frames!
