  The entire staff at this location are phenomenal! The ownership is personable, professional and understanding. My trial was honored after a long period lapse and I have been going back ever since. Fantastic!

  TL;DR: Great stretching sessions, but terrible, non-transparent customer service and return policies. If you go, do not buy retail items here, and read the fine print on your stretching services, just in case. My fiancé and I recently had a great stretching session at StretchLab Bethesda with Divya and Evelina. During the session, Evelina used a tool called a NeuroStick, which I really liked. On August 8, I bought one in-store, only to discover later that day that my fiancé had already ordered one online as a birthday gift for me. Rather than reject my fiancé's gift, I brought the unopened NeuroStick back to the store on August 15 to request a return. I was told by the front desk staff that they do not allow returns, even though no sign or receipt indicated that retail purchases were final sale (and that was not disclosed upon purchase by Nora at the front desk). The owner was unavailable, but I spoke to Evelina, who is also the manager. She said she could only offer an exchange for an item of equal value. I declined because I didn’t want or need any of the other items. An offer was eventually made for a 25-minute stretch instead, but after dealing with the lack of transparency and unhelpful customer service, I simply wanted my money back. I also just wasn’t in the mood for a stretch with a person who I felt was working against me. I suggested that I would accept a credit to my account so that I could use it for a stretch when I move to Denver shortly, but that idea was shut down. I pressed pretty consistently on the return policy and rationale for not accepting the return. At first, Evelina said she didn’t have an answer to that. Later, she said they couldn't accept returns on "personal items." However, offering an exchange for the exact same item completely contradicts that reasoning, as they would still be taking the item back. Furthermore, the product was completely unopened and sealed. If you just need a stretch, the flexologists are good at what they do. Just be aware that retail policies are undisclosed, non-refundable, and handled with zero flexibility. (Also note: grippy socks are required, so plan to buy them elsewhere ahead of time rather than support their deceptive retail business).

  Jyoti tha GOAT don’t sugarcoat - she gives concrete feedback on how to level up. I’m probably on session 30 with her. I’m a 50 yo male who has tight everything, and she has progressively opened my hips as well as everything else. You may have to ask for her as she is sometimes off-menu due to demand.
