  I booked my first class at SoulCycle Bethesda through ClassPass and was really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, Maryland traffic was unusually heavy — I left 45 minutes early and still couldn’t make it within the grace period. I completely understand and respect the late policy. That’s not my concern. What stood out to me was the tone of the interaction when I called. As a first-time rider, I was hoping for a bit more empathy in how the policy was communicated. Policies are policies — I take responsibility for missing the window and understand losing the credit. However, delivery matters. Especially in a space built around energy and community, kindness goes a long way in making someone want to return. Sharing this as constructive feedback because experience is everything.

  I've been going to this SoulCycle location for a little over a year now and I love it. After doing indoor cycling for a few years, COVID put all of the studios I used to frequent out of business. I was devastated until I moved to this area and found my new home at SoulCycle Bethesda. The staff are always kind and the instructors are excellent. Each instructor has their own vibe but they're all very motivating and skilled. The studio is always very clean, and the staff do an excellent job quickly cleaning bikes between classes.
