  I signed up for my first SoulCycle class and arrived on time. Before I could go in, they had me fill out a first-time rider form with all of my personal and emergency contact information. By the time I finished, I was only about two minutes late, and they refused to let me into the class because of their late-entry policy. If that’s the policy, why have me spend time filling out forms instead of telling me I wouldn’t be allowed in? I would’ve appreciated knowing that before handing over my personal information. It was a really frustrating first experience, and now I have no interest in coming back, yet they still have all of my personal information.

  Elannas classes, especially hot girl Friday, feel like church lol I love the community and the overall vibes in her classes. Simply show up and you will not be disappointed. ILY ELANNA ❤️❤️❤️🥹❤️

  I booked my first class at SoulCycle Bethesda through ClassPass and was really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, Maryland traffic was unusually heavy — I left 45 minutes early and still couldn’t make it within the grace period. I completely understand and respect the late policy. That’s not my concern. What stood out to me was the tone of the interaction when I called. As a first-time rider, I was hoping for a bit more empathy in how the policy was communicated. Policies are policies — I take responsibility for missing the window and understand losing the credit. However, delivery matters. Especially in a space built around energy and community, kindness goes a long way in making someone want to return. Sharing this as constructive feedback because experience is everything.

  The best soul cycle location! Staff is great and the trainers are amazing! You have to take a class with Michelle and one with Jonas!
