Ryse Health

Ryse Health is an endocrinology practice on Rockledge Drive in Bethesda dedicated exclusively to diabetes care. We treat type 1, type 2, and LADA diabetes, whether you were just diagnosed or are struggling to manage on oral medications or insulin. Each patient works week to week with a team that includes an endocrinologist, a dietitian certified in diabetes care, a behavioral health specialist, and a health coach, in person or by phone, video, and secure chat. Every patient receives a continuous glucose monitor and our app, so care is guided by real-time glucose data instead of fingersticks. Inside the I-270 spur and one mile from I-495, we serve Montgomery County, including Chevy Chase, Potomac, Rockville, and Silver Spring.
