  Truly middle of the line. Some staff are really nice and then some are unprofessional and you never know who you’re going to get. It is good motivation for me to level up my salary so I can afford a nicer gym, but for now I make onelife fitness money and it is what it is. Love my trainer zsuzsanna though, she’s a 5 star experience.

  Your classes are amazing …. Was happy to see that they were scrubbing the tiles in the showers when I last visited the club. Thank you!!!!

  I have been a member of One Life Fitness in Bethesda for many years. I appreciate the knowledgable staff and the general cleanliness of the facility. I have been working with trainer Kwesi Blankson for about 6 months and really like his style. This facility can get busy in mornings and late afternoons on weekdays when many BCC high school kids are there, but if possible to work out mid day it is not that crowded.

  There is a lot of great cardio and weight equipment to use. Any equipment that may be broken is fixed very quickly. The staff are friendly. Eliona is very nice at the front desk and always greets people when they walk in. Marisol is also very nice and hardworking and does a great job of consistenly keeping the gym clean. I recommend this gym to anyone.

  I love that I have a choice before and after I swim of a hot tub, a sauna, and a steam room. What an abundance of riches. But I also love the warm friendly staff, who do such a great job and make the whole experience nicer. Selene is always so cheerful-- not just with me but with everyone -- and yet never stops folding those towels and pitching in to help her colleagues. She is a real treasure. Others too feel practically like friends - Patience, for example, and Chango (before he switched hours). I hope the club knows what an asset these employees are and how much good will they generate! It makes an evening's workout so much more enjoyable.
