He was very knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to coordinate with the store manager and in-store optometrist as well as check our vision insurance coverage to make sure we got the 2 week follow up appointment that was required since we didn't purchase the lenses at the prescribing doctor's office. In this day and age, good customer service is hard to come by and I've had a very good experience with this store's employees. Thank you!

De Lacy was super patient, understanding, and even stayed late to help ensure we had what we needed. Tyrone was also very friendly and helped support us through the process to ensure we got the lenses as quickly as possible. We called around to a lot of places and they were willing to help us out in a pinch.
