  The staff and pharmacists are so helpful! Had some challenges to get the prescription filled but they gave clear guidance and instructions and fill in the prescription immediately when they received the corrected prescription from doctor. MS. Truoe was professional, warm and friendly! Strongly recommend to anyone! Thank you!

  TERRIBLE!! Don’t waste your time! They are schemers. MAKE SURE THEY USE YOUR INSURANCE!!! They didn’t run ANY of my scrips through my insurance and wanted me to pay $100+ for my medications that are covered. (thankfully I worked at a pharmacy so I caught it). I had to ask her to run each script through individually (she should’ve checked the rest to make sure they were all put through after I questioned the first one). Also, failed to explain narcotics insurance issues and now i’m facing issues a week later and all they can tell me is that “they told the patient” WHICH IS FALSE. I wouldn’t have filled there if I knew what was happening. Not only that but when I called to ask questions about my script, the lady told me false information and then HUNG UP on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Called back 3 times and they hung up on me immediately, I didn’t even get the chance to speak to someone else. Finally was able to speak to a “manager” and she was just as rude as the first lady was. She did not take accountability for anything and put the blame on me (the patient). She also lied and said she spoke to me. I have never spoken to anyone at this pharmacy before today other than the lady that rung me out. I just had major surgery and it’s upsetting that I now have to argue with the people who are supposed to be there to help me. Don’t give them your service they don’t deserve it. Already reported them.

  I don’t know what’s wrong with the people that work here, if you are not happy working in a customer service environment—then don’t get a job doing it. I understand that days can be rough, that your job is not everything and everybody goes through things, but every single time I either call or go to this pharmacy, they are always rude and in a bad mood. So bad it’ll ruin YOUR good mood. I’m always polite, I say hi, please and thank you, I expect the same respect back because I was CERTAINLY not the one who ruined your day. They cut you off, if you have a problem they don’t even help you figure it out, they act like it’s a waste of their time to be polite. And I wish that I could report them because I would, there are very nice people that go there, and they get spoken to like they are less than. If you work there, fix your attitude or get a new job.

  My daughter had a prescription called in from her doctor for pain at 12:00 noon. Almost nine at night and still not filled. The person at the desk claimed it was not called in until six pm however when my daughter called another person admitted it was called in at 12 in the afternoon however they didn’t listen to their voicemail messages till 6 pm. Also the person who waited on me had an unfriendly attitude as if to say she could care less. I told my daughter she should use the CVS in Cabin John.
