Absolutely horrible experience with the office staff. I heard the doctors are great but I wouldn't know because we never got to meet them. Made an appointment for my elderly mother who had to wait 3.5 weeks to be seen only to go and be told the appointment wasn't for June 25th it was for June 26th. I had written proof from the office staff that they told me the appointment was for June 25th. They could not fit us in. No Apology nothing....Not going back and now that I have been vocal about it I have heard from several others that the office management is a nightmare! UPPER CHEASEPEAKE DO BETTER!!!
