  Horrible customer service. I have tried calling every day for the last 4 business days. Day one - the business hours state they are open until 4:30pm. At 4:15pm my call went to the nighttime call service mailbox to leave a message. Days two through four, I called multiple times during business hours with no one answering. They asked if I wanted to go on hold, then the system hung up. Another it stated press 0 for help to go back to the operator and when I did it stated that the operator was not available and hung up on me. The reason I am trying to call is because my pharmacy states they can’t connect with them. Just looking to get a prescription renewal. I have to find a different doctor. This is ridiculous. I’ve already wasted more time on this review than they deserve.

  6/24/2026 I have got to be most tolerable patient in the world. But now Im getting infuriated!! I've been trying to reach Dr. Modula's appointment technician since last Friday. I've called every single day sometimes twice a day, leaving messages and I get no call back. I think Ill be taking my business elsewhere. If I could give a 0 on the rating scale I would.

  I have been seeing a doctor in this practice for over 6 years. She is extremely thorough and explains everything clearly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
