  I’m a first time patient at this cardiology. I didn’t have trouble making the appointment or anything like everyone else had. But the communication is horrible , while scheduling the appointment I asked if I needed a needed a physical referral and the women said no she is seeing the referral in her system. The time of my appointment the same women I talked to on the phone (the only reason I know that is because she told me) asked where my physical referral is and then told Me “always bring a physical referral” then told me the DR wouldn’t see me without it so my Mom came up to the desk and the women wanted to start stuttering and lying to my mom then she finally admitted that she “just told me about bring the physical referral” it was just a waste of 25-30 minutes and planning on switching to a different office

  Your phone system is a complete joke. I just called 3 times at 10:00 am and the phone would just ring without being answered. Called the same number a little later and a completely different recording comes on.

  Horrible customer service. I have tried calling every day for the last 4 business days. Day one - the business hours state they are open until 4:30pm. At 4:15pm my call went to the nighttime call service mailbox to leave a message. Days two through four, I called multiple times during business hours with no one answering. They asked if I wanted to go on hold, then the system hung up. Another it stated press 0 for help to go back to the operator and when I did it stated that the operator was not available and hung up on me. The reason I am trying to call is because my pharmacy states they can’t connect with them. Just looking to get a prescription renewal. I have to find a different doctor. This is ridiculous. I’ve already wasted more time on this review than they deserve.

  6/24/2026 I have got to be most tolerable patient in the world. But now Im getting infuriated!! I've been trying to reach Dr. Modula's appointment technician since last Friday. I've called every single day sometimes twice a day, leaving messages and I get no call back. I think Ill be taking my business elsewhere. If I could give a 0 on the rating scale I would.
