  Ya are 10x ahead of the world. Best coolest place by far really is misunderstood and helps the misunderstood ones. Ya are healing and sparking the brain that will change and is changing the world. Jo is the icing on cake she is great beyond words also all staffs are great heros works here, and Rick is the man Im truly greatful for all ya helps and kindness. Its clean you get your own room and they help out with everything they can. God bless ya all. In due time this is the place I want come back and give back.

  Incredible staff with a big heart. Don’t be afraid to make the first step the staff will be there to make sure you are at ease and judgement free. Very happy about my stay here. Thank you all!

  This place is amazing. I had been having issues regarding my medications and it was to the point that it was affecting my physical health, as I was losing weight from lack of appetite, and barely sleeping. I was a shell of myself. I knew that I needed some sort of change or adjustment. I tried everywhere to get help, and everyone either pushed me off onto someone else, or wanted to do a treatment plan that would have me, who was already feeling absolutely miserable, suffer for another 2 weeks with medication withdrawal on top of it. I was so distraught that I even tried to get myself committed, but nowhere would take me, as I wasn't a danger to myself or others. At least not yet. I came to the Crisis Center on a Friday afternoon and told them of my plight. I was able to see a psychiatrist right then. A GOOD psychiatrist. They were willing to help me and agreed with my feelings about getting help NOW instead of waiting until it did become a crisis (which it would have if I had to wait the 2 weeks my psychiatrist wanted me to). Finally someone listened to me and cared! I was offered a much needed medication adjustment, and the opportunity to stay in their residential section while being monitored for side effects, etc. Because I would be monitored, they were able to switch me over more quickly, and I'd get relief more quickly. The residential side exceeded my expectations as well. I have anxiety and autism, and don't handle strange places or sleeping away from home well. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and listened to my needs and venting. You're allowed to bring your own belongings, within reason. Nothing sharp or flammable obviously. Common sense stuff. Individual rooms. Getting to sleep using my own pillows and sheets helped A LOT. You can have and use your phone. There is a huge tv to watch, as well as puzzles, games, and coloring books. 24/7 access to fruit, snacks, and beverages, as well as 3 meals a day. You can even have family bring you food or order out! For 8 patients they have 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have showers. I never had to wait to use the bathroom. Not even once. And you can leave when you want! I'm not gonna lie. I did leave a day early, but only because of my severe claustrophobia and homesickness. That was all on me. The fact that I even stayed 2 days is a testament to how nice it is there.

  I had an emotional crisis where I tried to kill myself, I drove up to their crisis center and arrived there at 7am only to find they didn't open till 9, I was completely broken and in tears, till a nurse who (off the clock, mind you) walked up to make sure I was OK, she then welcomed me into the closed facility and began to help me, moments later one of their Social Workers, Nick showed up and talked me off the proverbial ledge. He recommended I stay at their facility overnight, so their doctors could help me, if and when I needed it. They were even able to connect me with my therapist Mike (excellent, by the way). They taught me new coping mechanisms, access to unknown crisis resources and listened and acknowledged my frustration and heartache. Without this facility, I wouldn't be here today. Could not recommend them harder.
