- CSCarol SDec 23, 20211.00 Stars is my actual review. Please don’t take your loved ones to Jacob’s Well. Since Covid, upper staff has forgotten how to take care of their residents. Some are fixated on controlling the residents and families and others look the other way when bad things happen. My mom had a facial fracture, a fractured wrist and a large pocket of blood in her lung (aspiration) and neither the nurse or facility manager thought medical attention was necessary. SHAME ON YOU BOTH! I saved mom’s life that night. Turns out the gurgling noise that she was making wasn’t the “stuffy nose” you thought it was. Thank goodness I knew 911 needed to be called. I pray the state and county agencies do their jobs better than y’all have been doing yours. Jacob’s Well is not a recommended facility.
