Home Instead has been family owned and operated since our establishment on Main Street in downtown Bel Air more than 20 years ago. We strive to serve our seniors and their families - so they may face the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, compassion and comfort - and to serve our devoted CAREGivers - so they may find rewarding, fulfilling work in service to others.
We live and work in this community and remain committed to contributing to it however we can. Whether it's sponsoring the Walk to End Alzheimer's at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen or collecting Christmas gift donations for lonely, isolated seniors, we are always looking for opportunities to help others.

My wife’s primary caregiver was a perfect match for her and she always looked forward to the weekly visits. My wife smiled every time her caregiver walked in the house and they became friends. The caregiver was knowledgeable, compassionate and caring and she took my wife shopping, visits to the flea market and out for milkshakes among other activities. Home Instead is also very flexible regarding visitation days and without hesitation made every efforts to accommodate my requests. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead to care for a loved one.
