  It's a busy place; be patient. Dr. Bentman was professional and incredibly kind, as were the nurses.

  We have been here a couple of times, and waiting times are crazy every time, but this time is the worst one. We came on Monday, 10/19, around noon because my brother had an accident at school and he needed stitches. We checked in; everything was normal, then they did some X-rays, and the provider said they couldn’t do the stitches the same day and told us to come back in three days. Here we are now, 10/22, just to find out that they can’t do stitches today either because the providers today said that it should have been done on Monday and now it’s too late to do the procedure because of the risk of infection . We have been here for 3 hours now with no help and no answer. I asked several times to speak with someone in charge because I think it is very, very unprofessional to treat a person like this. When I asked why they didn’t do the stitches on Monday, they couldn’t give an answer. Now they said they are going to give him a treatment and that we should come back for a follow-up, but the provider left, and it’s been more than an hour now. I am very upset at this point. This is just so unprofessional. I get it if they’re short-staffed or something else, but the lack of communication they have is just disappointing.

  Got here at like 345 for a allergic reaction and I'm still sitting in the waiting room being told there's 6 people in the back who havent been seen plus 2 ahead of me this is by far my worst experience here ive been seen for back pain faster then this

  Staff was very friendly. There was no wait i got checked in triaged and im a room with in 10 minutes. Was seen by doctor and had imaging done. Totally in ER wad under 3 hours.
