  Just went for an initial visit with Donna Baker, she was absolutely incompetent and FULL of excuses. Saying if your sick you have to go to urgent care for basic primary care things like a sinus infection. You can not get visits at Danny & Gail Primary unless you book out several months ahead. You do not get treated here you only get outsources so that the hospital can make more profit off of multiple visits with you. She blamed me for my symptoms instead of giving a y sort of plan for treatment. The nurses who work there have admitted its a terrible place. Also when you call and speak to a nurse THEY HOLD THE PHONE SO YOU HEAR THEM TALKING CRAP ABOUT YOU to other staff. Seriously thay happened. The receptionist could not do her job either of scheduling in an efficient manner it took 8 phone calls totalling 71 minutes to make this appointment that was a waste of time.

  Very disappointed with my experience with Mr. Ramos, Nurse Practitioner. My lab and X-ray results were sent to him, but despite calling repeatedly for almost two weeks, I never received a response or any update. Patients deserve timely communication about their medical results.

  My father went for his annual checkup and everyone was so nice and very informative. All of our questions were answered and we didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend!
