  I had been a patient of Upper Chesapeake Primary Care long before you merged. I can honestly say this practice has been an absolute disaster. Even though you had all my records I was told I needed to make a new patient appointment. Finally got the appointment and came in. I called twice after starting when I became ill. I was told both times that I needed to go get a covid test before coming in. If I am forced go somewhere else for the covid test why would I make another trip to see you. The second time I called they told me someone would get back to me. That never happened! I have never gone to any doctors office where I felt more disrespected than here. You truly showed absolutely no interest with how sick I was. Due to your lack of concern for me I have found a new doctor who does care.

  My father went for his annual checkup and everyone was so nice and very informative. All of our questions were answered and we didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend!
