Overall, I’ve had a positive experience visiting this practice. The front desk staff and nurses have always been kind and welcoming, and my favorite provider is Dr. Lee. However, after today’s routine OB appointment, I felt compelled to share my experience. My appointment with Dr. Abdelazim was terrible. She does not know how to interact with patients and has absolutely no bedside manner. She used every fear-based tactic she could think of and repeatedly focused on worst-case scenarios. When I asked for statistical information to support her recommendations, she was unable to provide any. Instead, she printed out a stack of papers she had pulled from the internet. She continually harped on my age and kept pushing interventions and testing that I had already stated I was not interested in pursuing during this pregnancy. She made no effort to get to know me, understand my history, or discuss my individual circumstances. Instead, she immediately began listing everything she felt was wrong with what I wanted for my birth experience. She repeatedly pushed me to schedule a C-section and seemed to have already decided that was what I would need. When I asked the front desk to schedule me with someone comparable to Dr. Lee, Dr. Abdelazim was definitely not what I had in mind. Experiences like this are what make patients hesitant to give birth in a hospital setting. It is perfectly appropriate for providers to offer recommendations, but healthcare professionals must understand that patients have the right to make informed decisions and decline interventions if they choose. Dr. Abdelazim needs to better understand and respect informed choice and patient autonomy. This was genuinely one of the worst healthcare experiences I have had.

0 stars. I came here in July and saw Dr. Peterson for my painful fibroids and wanted to see if I can schedule surgery. She gave me the runaround and refused to perform a Pap smear after I got upset. I’ve been dealing with this for five years with no results. I was told by someone up front that I didn’t have to pay anything after I refuse to pay for the horrible service. Now it’s September and I just received a bill! Why am I paying for a service that wasn’t performed? I’m still in pain but the pain is extremely horrible now and I’ve tried contacting them back to please do something about it. I wasn’t prescribed any pain meds or nothing but yet have to shell out money. When I called about having to pay, I’ve received attitude after attitude with everyone I’ve spoken with. I could have cancer but I’ll never know because these idiots won’t do their job. Terrible service. Please go somewhere else if you care about your health because clearly they don’t

Everyone here is professional ,nice and welcoming. Genuinely concerned about your health ,how you are feeling and making sure that they do everything they can if you are not feeling your best to make you feel better again. Which is always appreciated and needed.

Everyone is quite polite there, but politeness doesn't make up for their lack of quality. My fiancé is going here for prenatal visits. It takes her FOREVER to get through her appointments. She doesn't even have one dedicated physician to her visits, she's been seen by THREE different people all three visits so far. And on top of that, they needed me to get a blood type/RH typing lab done, they sent me the lab culture sheet.....it wasn't even signed so LabCorp couldn't take it. Get it together folks, really?
