- SSShaqudaAug 20, 20261.0Called for pregnancy results and literally only one nurse who can never be found is the only person able to tell me my test results so I had to go to a different clinic today to find out my results same day and no call back for my test results.

I had called 4 times over those two hours and continued to be told someone would call. I scheduled an appointment a month before this. Somehow my appointment was moved to a different day and I was marked as a no show. I was never notified. I’m high risk and can’t even get them to see me.

When I inquired at the front desk about why I had not been seen yet, I was told it was still 2 people in front of me. Lol excuse me? Then what exactly is the point of an appointment? An hour past my appointment time with 2 people still ahead of me is insane. But if I had just not shown up they would be threatening to discharge me from the practice for no call no show. Get it together Penn Street
- MTMiss TinaJun 20, 20235.0I love this place. They really take great care of me. I left Mercy to come here for better treatment and better care. I've been with them since 2015 when I was pregnant with my second child. So you know this is the best place for Women care.
