  Today, Ilex helped me with figuring out that my prescription was off (bad experience at Bethesda location). I’m just so glad that they were able to figuring out why my eyes weren’t adjusting to my new glasses. This was my first experience with Warby Parker and even though it started off rocky but the Harbor East location and the Roland Park location have been very helpful!

  This place is the best place I have ever been to for glasses. They are affordable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Justin was great; he knows his stuff, and I'm comfortable that my glasses will be the best pair so far!!

  I’m too nervous to buy glasses online, so I’m so glad they have a Warby Parker store close to me. I had such a fun and positive experience selecting Trendy, adorable new frames and got a significant savings with my insurance down from 700 to less than 300. The sales people are very attentive and helpful.

  First experience with Warby Parker. Justin was extremely helpful and the experience was excellent. I've never quite trusted frame selection online, so having an in-person store to try frames on is a big help. Furthermore, Justin was able to explain *why* certain choices would work better for me, which is more than I can say for any other optician I've ever used, and the explanation tracks with what I didn't like about some glasses I've previously bought elsewhere. The marketing for Warby Parker focuses heavily on $95 frames, which is possible but I think only with acetate frames, which I don't like the look of. If you have even *kind of* significant vision correction needs, you will also likely be upsold to premium lenses -- to be clear, this is the correct thing to be recommended and you should want them, but metal frames with premium lenses will more than double the $95 cost that WP advertises so heavily. The total price is reasonable and in line with comparable retailers, and I got much more helpful advice than I've ever gotten at the optician connected to my optometrist, but you should know this stuff going in.

  Justin took the time to review my insurance and talked me through the best way to maximize my benefits--including doing all the math. He not only had excellent customer service, but saved me hundred of dollars between my glasses and contacts prescriptions. There's another location closer to me, but I'll be going to the Cross Keys location from now on!
