I appreciated how they took the time to clearly explain all the relevant considerations. They were knowledgeable, methodical, professional, friendly, and patient. And the store itself is wonderful: bright, modern, cheerful, and extremely well-organized. The entire experience was a pleasure, and I will gladly be returning to this location for my future eyewear purchases.

Appointments are fantastic here, they are easy to book online, they offer weekends, and I like that they email you your prescription after. You can buy your glasses there or you can order glasses elsewhere. They also look up your insurance for you so you don't have to send in your card ahead of time or update them with the card each year. It makes everything really easy.

Delivery was exceptionally fast, with clear shipment tracking that kept me informed throughout. After my glasses arrived, the staff adjusted the frames to ensure a comfortable fit—a finishing touch I really appreciated. Excellent products, attentive service, and outstanding follow-through. I highly recommend the Harbor East location!
