  The receptionist and physician’s assistant were kind and both gave me precise information. I felt they were thorough and I felt well cared for. I was a walk-in, so I expected a long wait, but it was less than an hour. My only issue was with the internet system. My Chart said that UMMS blocked me out so I could not see my test results. I talked with their tech people and it turned out that I needed to turn off my VPN. I did and it worked. No big deal. I highly recommend the Rotunda Urgent Care. I will go back if I need urgent care.

  I went to UM Urgent Care at the Rotunds for the first time and received immediate attention. Sign in was friendly and fast, wait time to see the doctor on duty was also fast although there were 2 others ahead of me. I was examined and left with a Rx and instructions.

  I was not in a good place when I arrived. Staff were kind and patient and the doctor prescribed solutions to help me. I appreciate all the help! Things are getting better and I hope to see my regular eye doctor very soon...thanks to all for your assistance!

  Slow. Maybe it was a bad Sunday afternoon or they were short staffed. After waiting for 30 minutes with no one being called back to be seen, I left and went to the urgent care I normally go to and was see by the doc within 15 minutes of arriving.

  I'm the last person I know & probably on the planet that hates anything cell or tech. I prefer a a verbal chat to save time & make no room for mistakes. So for the very 1st time I pre-registered for my appointment, online the night before!! Yes super convient and only had to sign in when I showed up. My wait wasn't more then 10 mins for the triage nurse and she placed me directly into an exam room. During vItals I mentioned how ice packs are too often the ONLY thing that ever helped/helps with any relief from the constant itching & burning. The nurse that took my vitals offered me ice packs and then she returned with 2 of them!! Super sweet & kind!! I was seen by CRNP C. Williams. She was one of the kindest & sweetest people to help me! She was definitely one of the most efficient and intelligent people in medicine that I've seen in a long time incIuding my own PCP! The boil being on the front of my knee made it possible for her to see an unknown & so uncurable rash I have on my legs. It was misdiagnosed as Eczema over 4 YEARS AGO!! It started out a lil patch on my R shin & now both of my legs are COVERED from my knee down all the way around both legs & on top of my feet! She gave me antibiotics & asked if I wanted something for my legs too. I explained to her how Id had EVERY test known to man & had my blood work done by every specialist I'd seen. So I came home and followed the instructions on my scripts. A visit for 2 boils ended up giving me hope for a normal life! If you need to be seen at an Urgent Care because you're not well or injured i most definitely recommend their Rotunda location in Hampden!! Thank you very much to the medical staff at UMMS Urgent Care for a very pleasant, quick, kind & most caring visit the day I needed help! You ladies went above & beyond, y'all ROCK!!! 🙏 ♥ ☺
