  I've been waiting almost 4 days just for them to call the lab and find out what medication to give me.. A medical facility can't figure that out??

  Awesome place. I visited for the very first time as a result of a sudden health concern. I was treated with the highest and best priority and will recommend to anyone.

  Seen quickly however, I had to go to another site for xrays. They set it up for me which was smooth. I just had to wait another hour though. Turns out I was misdiagnosed for anterior dislocation of clavicle. Just a sprained shoulder and arthritis at the site.

  Ours was the only car in the car park and yet I waited an hour to be seen by the NP! The front desk staff were rude and defensive and I don’t think I saw them smile or do any affirmative gesture the entire time I was there. They just played on their phones. I would not recommend this urgent care. There are way better ones than this.

  Every time I come to this location, the nurse Ms. Lakia ( I apologize if I spelled her name wrong), but she is always so friendly, patient and very helpful. She is at the front desk and always triage me. She makes sure everything is done right and whatever is wrong she does her very best to fix it. I believe walking into a place that you should be greeted warm and friendly; especially when someone isn’t feeling well. I’ve had great experiences with the doctors as well. But I really wanted to shout-out Ms. Lakia, always greeting people with a smile and a good vibe and conversation. This place is always clean. It’s never crowded when I come. I don’t sit long for triage or for my actual visit and I get in & get out. Working with the public isn’t always the best, so I just want to say thank you so much and keep up the great job and of course I thank the entire staff for making my visits easy and always a good feel.
