  I CAN NOT GET THE URGENT HELP NEEDED FROM MY CHILDREN PROVIDERS. I sent messages, phones calls and in person. They only seem to be available when money is being made from a visit. I never had this problem with Dr Morris. My child been a patient 12 yrs and Now I’m considering changing her doctors asap. You get paid to help and assist not avoid and create your own theme on what’s important and what’s not important. The communication is horrible and I’m digusted.

  Unfortunately, a recent visit to this location fell short of expectations. The staff did not perform the necessary diagnostic tests or thorough medical evaluation needed to address the symptoms presented, advising a specialist visit instead (yet, I’m certain my insurance will be charged for this visit). We went to a different branch where the actual tests were promptly conducted, and the patient received the proper prescription for antibiotics. I suggest visiting a different location for better care.

  I went for a STI check up and received my results back stating it was positive and I needed to receive a shot but 2 days later I was told those weren’t my correct results and I actually don’t have anything. Which is unprofessional as is to have given me the wrong test results and imagine if I would’ve got the shot for nothing. I need this Urgent Care to take their time and pay attention because now I have a positive on my MyChart when it should’ve been negative from the jump because of the Provider mistakes.

  The provider prescribed an inhaler that was not on our insurance formulary. No one told us, neither provider nor insurer. We ended up paying $169 for an inhaler.

  This is the best urgent care center. Clean lobby, attentive staff, never over crowded. I can be seen quickly. When I do need urgent care, this is the first place I think of!
