Don't go here for sleep apnea -- PAs and doctors are not remotely up to date on medicine (the next sleep doctor I went to said as much). If your AHI on your CPAP machine is below 5 they think you're fully treated, so they don't seem to be aware that RERAs exist.
I came back to get a second opinion from another doctor (Danielle Glick) and the PA I saw was hostile from the start in a way I haven't experienced in a doctor's office before, like they were offended I was looking for a second opinion. They ended up writing in the notes that my symptoms were due to depression even though I told the my psychologist has not diagnosed me with depression. Lazy.

Completed my sleep study in 2023 and put off getting a CPAP machine because I couldn't afford it at the time. Put off getting one and my script expired - I talked to staff on the phone back in May, who told me it would be a quick appointment with mu initial prescriber to get it renewed. Great. Made it for June, was unable to make the appointment, and rescheduled for the next earliest which was in July.
Was called on Monday, July 13th that the insurance on file was expired, and if I didn't call back, they would cancel. I called back 3 minutes later, talked to a staff member, gave them my new insurance, asked if they needed anything else and they said no. Received automatic confirmation emails for my appointment, later that Thursday. Called them at 1 p.m. letting them know I was running late. They say I have no appointment for that day - it was cancelled. Why? Because the insurance they had on file was expired. Whoever I talked to did not save it. I'm out of town the next week - so the next earliest appt they can offer is end of August.
I ask, how do I know you'll keep the new insurance information, when the last person I talked to didn't save it? They say, call and check periodically. Call and check periodically to see if they have cancellations. They said they will loop in their supervisor, so sorry, nothing they can do, no appointments for today or this week or before August.
Staff put it on you to call in and see if there are cancellations. No ability to schedule or advocate for yourself on a patient portal at all. It becomes your responsibility - not theirs - to make sure they say they will do what they do. Deeply frustrated.

Horrible service via phone, no manners, no etiquette and no professionalism. I called today just to ask if my insurance will cover a home sleep study or the one in the hospital (per the specialist told me they were waiting for my insurance to make a decision) and the lady that i was transferred was super rude, did not ask me for my info and treated me like I was bothering her.
