  The doctors are great, wait times are pretty long, customer service isn’t good. The younger light-skinned African American woman who works at the check-out desk was extremely nasty and rude. I wish I would’ve gotten her name.

  Huge waste of time. Save your time, money and sanity and go somewhere else. Multiple times the staff misscheduled who I was supposed to meet. So I would show up, day of, for an appointment not relevant to me or for a provider that could not perform my the procedure needed. Multiple times imaging orders were incorrectly entered causing delays to treatment. Doctors on staff would prescribe treatments and refer to physical therapy down the hall. Would have been great if there was ANYONE on staff would could preform what was prescribed. This however didn't stop that department from taking the appointment and charging my insurance, parking and wasting my time over and over. Cancelling appointments day of. Lying to my face. Entotal, - 4 months of waiting for proceedure they could never do - 6 months of waiting for a dr to fill out a form correctly - +$200 parking for appointments that would cancel on arrival or reschedule. - 0 results for what turned out to be a minor issue that was resolved in about 30 days at another practice.

  They don’t deserve not even one star the worst attention to the people who make appointments. Super bad experience. They are irresponsible. About 2 weeks ago I had to take my cast off; but no they were gonna go on vacation I had to take it off today but they canceled it because of a baseball game. And they had to call before they canceled my appointment. DO NOT EVER COME HERE.

  UMD medical services are the absolute worst I suggest choosing somewhere.. anywhere else. -10/10 so tired of the bull.
