I would rate my experience a 0 out of 5 if I could.
In my 49 years of life, this was by far the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. I truly thought I was going to die.
The nursing care was extremely disappointing. The night nurse instructed me to sit up in a certain way after surgery, and my stitches came apart, leaving me in excruciating pain. I spent the entire night unable to sleep because of how much I was hurting.
The following afternoon, around 2 p.m., they abruptly closed the section I was on and rushed me through the hallways while I was still in severe pain and barely covered. It was humiliating and completely lacking in dignity.
I was told I would be moved to a “really nice” room because I had to stay another night, but it was just a standard room with no air conditioning. The room was so hot that I had to use a portable fan just to get through the night. As I’m writing this review, that fan has already run out of battery, and I’m once again sitting here in an unbearably hot room. When I needed help, it often took around 30 minutes for a nurse to respond. Many of the staff members I encountered were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, leaving me feeling like I just had to accept poor treatment.Even some of the doctors were unprofessional. One doctor left a used glove on my bed before walking away. Small actions like that made me feel that cleanliness and patient care were not priorities. Overall, I felt like no one truly cared about my comfort, safety, or well-being. I left feeling traumatized by the entire experience. I sincerely hope the hospital takes these concerns seriously because no patient should have to go through what I experienced. If you have the option, I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

Waited 6 hours to be seen, and it seems like any inner city suffers from the homeless and the hopeless. I've watched more people leave or remove then seen.

The hiring system is abysmal, my appointment was rescheduled 3 times, all days apart, and by the time I got a call the position was filled. If you're going to make an appointment please keep it.
