  I'm saddened to see my experience is not unique at this location. My wife had a referral for here to get imaging done for a potential aortic dissection. You know, the thing that kills you if it happens. We got this referral more than a month ago, and just got told today that they read the referral wrong and now have to reschedule it for three weeks from now. This is not a haircut appointment where it doesn't really matter, this is for urgent medical needs. Waits and mistakes like this are not acceptable when they could cost someone their life. I'm currently looking into where else we can go instead. The customer service here is incompetent and unsympathetic.

  im a student. got hung up with sass when i asked i told her i was gonna be out of town during the available date she gave, was gonna ask to reschedule but i guess thats not happening

  The team went above and beyond to help me today, and I could not be more thankful for all their help. I felt very at ease and cared for during my procedure, as well.

  This has to be the WORST possible customer service I’ve ever experienced. I get treated better by homeless people in Bmore or DC. In my 20+ years in the military I have NEVER experienced a civilian facility this awful. Each person I spoke to over the past month while attempting to schedule my CT has given me COMPLETELY different information. “We have your referral; I need an order” then “I don’t have your referral”… when I ask what an order is I was constantly yelled at with the individual repeatedly saying “I need an order” I’m not a doctor. What does that mean? Do you need to order a snickers through Instacart? Sheesh. I didn’t choose your job; YOU DID. This facility definitely should review their policies, procedures, and pay more attention to how their staff treat patients. Patience is a virtue; until there is no more.

  RUDE RUDE Rude the unprofessional ladies that answer the phone should be ashamed of themselves! Ppl call need your help not to be told you don’t know who your talking to. Majority of calls you won’t know who’s talking until confirming name and date of birth instead just loud conversations in the background to the point they can’t even schedule an appointment over the phone. My order was in the system a simple look up and problem solved instead nasty rude attitude instead bc I mentioned a loud background and maybe that’s why she couldn’t hear me. Please start changing or training staff ppl come for care not rudeness if your going to be nasty the healthcare field is not for you bc there is no patient care and no regard/remorse for patients. We start at the front desk it is a reflection of your office and those young ladies are not a great reflection of this office at all
