  Worst medical center I've been to lately.As a MS patient im always in some type of medical center or hospital & i will definitely not go back here,I felt rushed & I couldn't even get all Mt symptoms out because it's like I lost all thoughts when the doctor came in rushing me & telling me we need to rush because of the other patients so I basically went to the emergency department for nothing other then finding out my heart rate was ok.2 days later I was rushed back to the emergency room smh.

  I keep calling to speak with my chemo doctor Pham and her nurse if she’s not available I just got hung up on. They’re not taking my health serious like I am and they have no bed side manners. The chemo team is telling me I have to get another MRI because I refused an IV that will trigger my cancer cells to regrow again, and I was told the next MRI appointment won’t be until August 31st. I’m not happy at all with the services I am receiving. I requested another chemo doctor but I was told Pham is the only one that I have to go to. When I was confronted by Pham about my issue she tried to call me a racist when I’m bi-racial. I want my treatments to be taken seriously just as much as I am.

  The wait time for a room is ridiculous. Got to wait hours and hours. Homeless people sleeping on the floor and security doesn’t do much about it. How do I need to talk to about not being able to pay my faculty physicians bill due to being currently unemployed? I do not want to be sent to collections. The last thing I need right now is a collections company constantly calling my phone.

  Most horrible wait time. 3 hours waiting for schedule med. But others around are receding theirs. Lack of empathy of patients. Should fire all pharmacy staff and get qualified people.

  Came here to get a referral for a treatment facility. Before traveling from Watsontown, PA I called and my fiance called separately as well asking about whether I could be helped for my substance abuse. And they said yes so I had a my wifey drive all the way to Watsontown from hampstead Maryland. I spent 9pm to 8:10am sitting here checked in and not seen not helped once. They never even let me speak to a peer support worker like they said they would. They also never put my insurance cards on file after writing my social security number down. Either the demons working here as staff don’t want me to get into treatment or they suck at doing their job and do not care. I am so upset i literally feel forgotten about. Worse hospital experience ever tbh. Never come here unless you’re unconscious and have no say in the matter cause you woke up here. If you WAKEUP HERE GET YOURSELF TRANSFERRED!!!! Terrible place!
