  Blown away by Dr. Vu Duong and his fellow. They were both amazing providers. I won't even need them again but had an appointment with a similar type of provider. I had left my appointment with that provider confused and frustrated, wanting to understand more. Dr. Vu Duong explained why in such detail, I was blown away! He didn't make me feel uncomfortable asking questions or wanting to understand. It's providers like him that put the humanity into healthcare. I like to understand things, especially the scientific rational for why they are/aren't worried etc and he did just that. I felt talked with, not at!

  The wait times at the infusion center are unacceptable. I’m unsure why patients are given scheduled appointment times when they are rarely seen on time. Patient’s time is valuable as well. Otherwise, all of the providers and staff are wonderful and have my full trust.

  Dr Niongere is amazing. She’s kind, takes her time to listen to my questions and answers honestly and in a compassionate manner. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I’m grateful to her and the entire staff for being kind, supportive and compassionate. The nurses and lab staff are also wonderful. I couldn’t ask for better treatment and care.
