  Lynette went above & beyond to get my prescription filled. I appreciate her efforts! Besides being a lovely person she is also able to navigate the confusing insurance world! My insurance would not cover my medication, so while she is still negotiating, she provided me with a dose from her stock so I would not miss my monthly injection. What a great employee! Thank you Lynette!

  Michele Malone is by far the kindest worker, she’s very good at her job and always able to allow me to get in and get out without having to wait. She’s a very excellent and quick worker, 10/10 if I could I would hire her

  I am a patient of Dr Shawn Kwatra, MD. I recommend him without reservation. Over months I had been experiencing extreme itching and hives. It was very disruptive. After visiting 3 other Dermatologists who could not determine the source, Dr. Kwatra successfully diagnosed me in 5 minutes. With his prescribed treatment my condition has improved 100%. Also want to acknowledge his staff members Michele and Lynette for their professional hospitality.

  0 stars if it were allowed. My appt was scheduled for 11:00am. I went to the front desk to ask two reps, that were having an unprofessional conversation about someones "baby father", what the hold up was. I was already annoyed at waiting more than the 15 minute grace period they give clients, hearing unprofessional conversations between staff in the open made the wait more painful. I was told that the provider still had THREE patients in front of me! That was unacceptable and I communicated that. Unfortunately, I needed a scheduled shot so had to wait, and was not called back until 12pm. Once in the exam room, I was not seen by the actual provider until 12:30. 90 minutes for an appt is not acceptable!!!
