  The valet ppl are rude , you should not have to go through them for patient transport,this place makes to much money not to have patient transport to assist patients to their appointments in this building. Some ppl don't have help to assist them when they come alone. This is a problem that needs to be attended to.

  Warning: Dickfeld will gaslight you! Presented the image below, following an episode where I passed out - indicated by the 160bpm swing (context: I was NOT working out. I simply walked 2 blocks when this occurred). I was told that “this is normal for a young woman” and that I need to drink more water, lose weight, and see a therapist to reduce my stress. Completely ignoring that I was running 5Ks in the middle eastern heat prior to whatever illness is triggering these POTS-like symptoms. When I told him my OB/GYM advised not getting pregnant since my HR was consistently over 140 and it was risky for a baby, he said to find a new OB! (Including the photo that even AI acknowledges this concern…) Also had a referral from my PCP asking him to “CONFIRM POTS” as she & I have already come to the diagnosis / conclusion and simply needed his cardiac specialist signature & license to it. I even brought my husband this trip to see if he would still gaslight me with a male in the room. Very disappointed in the level of care provided through Dr Dickfeld @ UoM. Not to mention his undermining multiple other medical professionals.
