- ABAndrew BrennemanMar 26, 20261.0These people are THIEVES. No wonder they have 2.5 star rating (03/26). They force you to pay up front for service despite telling them I have should have no costs as I met my max OOP. then when insurnace comes back and I have no paitent responsibilty they refuse to issue a refund back but tell you it takes 60 days. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. If your UMMS doctor tries to get it done here, just tell them you want to go to a third party, DO NOT USE THEM. They will lose more money on just my quarterly MRI's, and CT scans that I have to get done costing them revenue. I also transferred all services to st agnes imaging. I wish I could go back to John Hopkins as they were great. Credit card dispute. yes please.
