I would like to Thank the PACU Staff Anesthesiologist, the Nursing Staff and the Receptionist for having patience, understanding and compassion by taking time to explain the process that was needed to make my surgery a success and decrease my anxiety. The staff was willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and made me feel important, especially the PACU staff. Thanks Again!!

I would not recommend this hospital, even to my worst enemy. From the moment I arrived, the level of care I received was extremely disappointing. I experienced poor treatment, a lack of respect, and significant communication issues throughout my visit.
When I requested to speak with the charge nurse, no one came. My spouse also called the hospital and asked to speak with the charge nurse but was reportedly hung up on. Shortly afterward, the nurse entered my room and mentioned that my spouse had called, which only added to the frustration.
I also contacted Patient Relations regarding my concerns. I was told I had called the wrong number and that someone would return my call. Unfortunately, I never received the promised follow-up.
To make matters worse, the attending physician appeared more focused on the NBA playoffs than addressing my questions and concerns, leaving most of my care to the resident physician. While I appreciate the role residents play in patient care, I expected the attending physician to be engaged and available to discuss my condition.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care, the lack of professionalism, and the failure to follow up on my concerns. I hope the hospital takes patient feedback seriously and works to improve both communication and patient care.

Very friendly workers ,
Very helpful, providers
Are knowledgeable and on hand when needed.
There was dried urine in the first triage room i went to, and trash on the floor in the room i stayed in. Dr. Kofi Owusu-Antwi discharged me too early and i ended up at hopkins later that day. AVOID THIS "HOSPITAL"

Thank you for your service! Dr. Lee not only listened to my concerns, but she also exercised all areas in my blood work to make sure that my pain was not caused by any underlying conditions. Nurse Cynthia was such a pleasure to be around and distract me from my discomfort and stayed attentive to my pain management. The woman in triage, Lisa, Nurse Cynthia, along with another male staff member whose name I didn’t catch were not stingy with the blankets. Over all, the team did well by listening to me as a patient to resolve the reason behind my visit. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!
