Love coming here but as of recently very disappointed. Why can't I access my lab results? Also nobody is answering the phone to help me? Ive called about 10 times nobody is answering and this is a very important matter. Getting very upset and disappointed.

I wish I could rate this facility lower than 1 star because it is deserved. I attempted to visit this clinic for an urgent medical need around 6pm on Monday 7/6/26 but they were closed due to a broken A/C. I returned on 7/7/26 around the same time, and I was pleased to see they were open.. While checking in I commented to the receptionist that I was happy they were opened today. As I was waiting to be seen, a janitor came out and had a brief conversation with the receptionist. I overheard that the clinic had A/C restored late morning on 7/6/26. I was so disappointed because it sounded like I could have been seen had the urgent care been reopened after A/C was fixed. During my visit today at this Urgent Care I was sent to the ER because the Physician seemed on the fence and unsure about prescribing the medication I needed. Additionally he stated the labs were closed, and they wouldn’t be able to process my labs. Why is the facility open if they cannot perform basic lab tests during operating hours? Further disappointment, and more time wasted regarding a medical need that requires timely treatment for efficacy. Now I’m at the ER as 1 of over 40 people. I will be contacting the administrative office because my treatment at this facility was poor, wasteful of my time and ultimately felt biased toward my medical concerns and irresponsible in the scope of their duty.

I myself and my immediate family we go to Saint Joseph and we switched from Jon Hopkins to Saint Joseph because we honestly felt like it was a really good hospital when he cared, but I must say how disappointed I am to find out that my brother-in-law started to lose weight very quickly. He was about 180 pounds and he started throwing up every time he ate and something was going on with him. We just didn’t know what he went to university of Maryland and eventually they found out that he had some type of blockage preventing him from being able to swallow food it was so bad that he went from 180 pounds to 110 pounds very quickly and once they found out what was wrong with him, they sent him home instead of telling him to go to the emergency room and seek help, he went to them for help and he was told they would schedule a surgery and in my opinion I felt like no we can’t wait for a schedule surgery. You should go to the emergency room and the doctor should’ve told you that you’ve lost weight too quickly and you’re not eating any food. We all know the body needs food. Your organs can shut down. He said the doctor told him that he could wait for surgery and we noticed to be true because we were on the phone with him while he was at the doctors I couldn’t take it anymore, and he finally went to the emergency room yesterday they kept him. Of course his heart rate was low and he was literally on the urge of I don’t wanna say I am just so disappointed in the doctors. I am looking to file a complaint against his doctor, the one that he saw and all the doctors that was involved in his care because no one told him you need to go to the emergency room and get emergency help. Everyone made him feel like he had to wait for the surgery and so it got so bad we had to literally forced him to go to the emergency room. people look at doctors and say if he didn’t tell me, I should go to the emergency room. Maybe I don’t have to go and I understand why he thought that but my opinion is he couldn’t wait no longer

This clinic should be shut down. The staff there provides service grudgingly; they are discriminatory and show absolutely no desire to work. They denied me a physical examination for which Dr. an employee of a Maryland hospital—had referred me, even going so far as to schedule an appointment for me at that facility for today. A rude woman called me to cancel my appointment, claiming that Dr. William was not authorized to schedule appointments for me there. They told me to go elsewhere to make an appointment—as if they were going to perform my physical exam for free! The service is abysmal; if they are going to deny medical services and care, they ought to close this place down. I am giving one star only because, unfortunately, a zero-star option is not available.
