  The medical staff themselves are great. However, the front desk/billing staff have no idea what is going on. We keep getting phone calls with random erroneous bills that don't appear on MyChart, in part because none of the staff can be bothered to spell my spouse's name correctly for insurance. When calling back (after spending half a day on hold), nobody at their billing call center can tell me why I was called in the first place--even though they tell me that they can see I received a call from the billing office. Each well child visit is costing $150, despite supposedly being covered under ACA. We are looking forward to changing pediatrics clinics.

  I called the 13 for a Referral for my kids and I'm on the phone now for 15 minutes it's sad that you can't get no one. The Advocate is no help at all. It should be someone to answer the phone.

  I waited to write this review until I had given the office a second chance. Unfortunately, we will not be back a third time. I will start by saying that Dr. Lutz, her medical assistants, and nurses are all fantastic. My daughter has complex medical needs, and they all cared for her with compassion and kindness. I can’t say the same for the receptionist at the front opening the door and greeting patients. We were the first patient of the day for both visits, and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I could give her some grace if it was the end of the day, but she created a very negative environment both times. She became frustrated having to open the door (buzzer door) and began yelling at patients when the door did not unlock right away. When I say yelling, I mean literally yelling loud enough for the entire office and waiting room to hear. When we entered, she did not greet us or direct us to sign in. When it was our time to check in, she just yelled our name and told me to give her my ID card without even making eye contact. The checkout process for this office is the most disorganized and inefficient process I have encountered in a medical office. Our visits were first thing in the morning, so I can only imagine what it looks like in the afternoon! Everyone stands in a crowd waiting to be called and there is absolutely no order to it. You just have to hope they’ll notice you! During the first visit, it took me over 20 minutes to check out and make a follow-up appointment. I didn’t want to risk having to call because it’s near impossible to get anyone on the phone! On my second visit, I stood waiting to be called and once again there was no order. After a long period of time with no acknowledgement or direction, I decided it wasn’t worth it to wait and have my parking validated. I spoke with the office manager during our visit to make sure she is aware of what is going on and she was very willing to listen to our concerns. I hope she is willing to listen to everyone's concerns and make some serious changes, or they will keep losing valuable patients.

  The staff & Doctors are great but the problem is actually being able to speak to someone over the phone . I shouldn’t have to wait over 20 minutes to speak to staff regarding scheduling.

  They never answer the phone. Will leave you on hold from 8am to 5pm. It’s ridiculous, cant even schedule an appointment. Very unprofessional
