  I got there early. They made me wait very long time while calling others to the back who arrived after me. I was the last one to leave when procedure was done. I also had to call someone to pick my kids up from school cause that's how late I left when the appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm.

  My doctor wasnt in and they conveniently forgot to call me. They dont care at all

  Wow i just got hung up on by an operator because i am desperately trying to speak to a human being to help me solve an immediate issue while sitting at the MVA.

  I saw Dr. Hafer-Macko a month ago and she seemed very knowledgeable and I was hopeful that she could help me. She told me she would call me to tell me what tests to have done before my next appointment. I have never heard from her. I have left many voicemails, emails and even spoke to a live person who said that someone would call me back that day, but I've had no contact from this doctor. I feel like I wasted a lot of money and time for nothing. Very disappointing!
