I have been a patient here for almost ten years. The doctors are good, however the office staff is understaffed and a huge mess. I was promised things would get better when they hired a new office manager. They did not.
Whenever you need to call in to create an appointment, get a prescription or have a serious issues, you are put on hold for a very long time. They give you an option to leave a voice mail and someone is suppose to call you back within 24 hours. That's never happened. They don't call you back. I called on Tuesday, was on hold for ten minutes, so I left a voicemail urging them to call me. Of course, they didn't bother...

Used to be better about trans care, but have gone way downhill. Was misgendered by staff, and I have not had a consistent provider for Hormone replacement therapy. I cannot be honest with any of them as they have a rigid idea of what to do with hormones. Even though what they want to do is not the safest or most up to date you cannot be honest about that. They are a mess, do not trust them

Listened to my concerns and are running multiple tests. I feel like I'm in good hands so far. They were also super respectful to and understanding of my service dog in training.

Initially, this place seemed wonderful .very shortly after, it became clear that they are far from. They are friendly. That's about the only good thing I can say about them, though. The doctors tell you and their staff completely different things. They don't keep up with patient information. Dr Port also offered to put me in touch with a nephrologist there. That was 4 months ago. Upon setting things up myself, I was informed that she never even contacted the nephrology department. I would recommend using ANY other clinic than this. Johns Hopkins endocrinology clinic is a joke .and I'd Stoll recommend then over umms
