Each time, we spoke with Tanika, who assured us she would return our call. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups from us and our doctor, we never received a single callback. The lack of communication and disregard for patient care is extremely frustrating. This experience has been disappointing and unprofessional—definitely not the level of service we expected from a reputable medical institution.”
