Someone needs to teach them ladies how to read & process prescriptions CORRECTLY. Now I then wasted 2 hours out of my day because someone that Safeway Pharmacy hired didn’t know how to properly do their job…

Generally my pharmacy was either Wegman's or Walmart, however, my very necessary medication brand Levoxyl for thyroid could no longer be ordered from Wegmans. I was told it was the manufacture distribution back order issue. I called Safeway Pharmacy Harford Road explained my concerns and they were able to order it and sent text within 3 business days to let me know it was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my medication, it was no line and the pharmacist was cheerful, greeting me with a smile. Due to this great experience at Safeway Pharmacy Harford Road, I'm going to transfer all of my medications to this store- Safeway Pharmacy Harford Road. Thanks so much for the great customer service.
