- TATiffany AbbottSep 26, 20261.0Right now, I am only reading the people who answer the phone on the Shock Trauma floor anytime I call they get smart or they huff and puff like it’s too much for them to do. All I say is I’m calling to check on a patient on the floor and they go AAHHH hold on. What’s the patient’s name?! In a not so nice voice, isn’t that your job if you don’t like your job and can’t talk to people then go get a new one I’ve only been there once and only met one nurse and the doctors that my mother had and they seemed very nice, but it hasn’t been that long so I will be rating again.
- LPLaura PalmerSep 21, 20261.0I can't say enough how wonderful the doctors and nurses who treated my husband were. They get 1 star because when it was time to leave it took me awhile to get my car. They were not supposed to bring him down until I got to the entrance. As I was coming up to the south entrance I got a call. My husband was wondering where I was. He was already outside and because of his injuries he was on speaker and couldn't hold the phone himself. The transport guy had taken him to the north entrance and couldn't tell me how to get there. It took me about 10 min to find it. He had left my husband sitting out there by himself! My husband has a severe concussion and was very distraught and confused when I got to him. He was unable to call me. This was truly unacceptable. This person has no business interacting with patients.
- KSKrishna SinghSep 2, 20262.0A charge nurse by the name of Helda in the shock trauma unit threw me out of my brothers room who is in critical condition because I called patient advocacy after seeing bruises on him one morning that weren’t there the night before. Helda called my father who is an over the road truck driver not even here, lying that I said physical abuse & impeding their right to treat him. She approached me 30 minutes later saying my father wants me removed from visitation. My father called the hospital & patient advocacy multiple times to get me back in, & was told they won’t lift the restriction on me. I have not seen my brother for 2 days & am heartbroken. My father now has to take a week off of work to handle this in person, intentionally causing us pain & loss of income at a vulnerable point in our life. My father said they’re nasty people.
